Elizabeth is a Venture Partner at iGrow, leading efforts to assess U.S.-based deal flow and identify high-potential investment opportunities in emerging technology sectors, including life sciences and health tech. Her career spans executive leadership, public service, and board governance, including roles as CEO of NuGEN Technologies (acquired by TECAN Group) and Cabinet Secretary of Science and Innovation for Oklahoma.

Elizabeth holds an M.S. in Administration from Central Michigan University and a B.A. in Chemistry from Michigan State University, and has testified before the U.S. Congress on science and technology policy. She is recognized for her ability to bridge science, technology, and investment, shaping the future of innovation-driven ventures.
